Introduction
Mount Grange offers bed and breakfast in a large detached Victorian house, in its own grounds, set well back from the main road.

• Car parking is available although some moving of cars may be necessary at times.

• We do have a tennis court, but do not supply rackets or balls.
• Our garden is for your enjoyment too!
• We have garden chairs and table and parasol.
• Our garden has steps and slopes and guests use these facilities at their own risk!!
• We keep our own hens and you are able to see them and encourage them to lay eggs.
• Dogs may be allowed, but must sleep downstairs.

• 1 chest of drawers with drink-making facilities. Remote control TV with built in video player. There is a list of videos available on request.

• There is a no-smoking policy in force in the house, although guests may smoke outside, providing they dispose of used cigarettes in ashtray provided.
• A noise alarm is activated in case of fire
• Access in the case of fire is shown by notices, and is down the staircase and out of the front door, emergency lighting is provided.
• All rooms have a fire evacuation plan on the rear of their room door.
• Fire evacuation assembly point is on the tennis court, at the front of the building

We are a very environmentally friendly house and would encourage guests to:
• support us by putting aside glass, cardboard, paper, plastic bottles for recycling,
• switching off lights and plug switches not in use and closing curtains and doors to keep heat in during autumn and winter months.
• Guests are given keys to their rooms and a front door key.
• We would appreciate quiet entry to the house after 10 o'clock.
• Owners live on premises and can be contacted at night in an emergency.
• Access to a 'fridge is available on request.
• Comments and suggestions to improve the access statement and customer satisfaction are welcomed
